Stumbled upon this construction while walking down Grace Bay Beach on the north shore of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Grace Bay has been ranked the #1 beach in the world on multiple occasions so this property will have a glorious beach access. It is also situated less that 100 yards from the Coral Reef Snorkeling.

The building is going to house several different residence styles: the one and two bedroom oceanfront residences have nine-foot ceilings, while the sixth floor Penthouses feature 10’ ceiling heights. The fourth floor penthouses also have corner sky pools on the balconies and offer a private, 800 sq. ft. roof top terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean and white sand beach.

A news story from August 2022 says the building will be completed in the first quarter of 2023 but the pictures I'm including I took March 28th so as you can se it is not even close.
