The upper floors are subdivided by stone piasters into groups of two - one - three - one - two bays. The third floor has balustrades below all but the 1st and 3rd windows of the middle bay. the windows at bays 1, 2, 5, 8, and 9 are topped with stone arches. Windows at bay 3 and 7 have linear keystone lintels. The fourth and fifth bays have unadorned windows. The sixth floor windows on bays 1,2,8, and 9 have linear keystone lintels.
The main block on the Washington Street side has four projecting bays. The remainder of the building is set back from the main block.
