Der Freizeitpark Rheinaue ist mit ca. 160 ha Fläche der größte Park Bonns. Er liegt im Bonner Süden direkt am Rhein - größtenteils linksrheinisch, umfasst aber auch einen kleinen rechtsrheinischen Teil. Er wurde für die Bundesgartenschau 1979 angelegt und umfasst eine ausgedehnte Seenlanschaft.

2016 wurden die zahlreichen Freizeiteinrichtungen im Park um eine weitere Attraktion erweitert: Ein Calisthenics-Park vom Hersteller Playparc mit vier Stationen wurde in der Nähe der Konrad-Adenauer-Brücke errichtet. Die empfohlenen Übungen stammen aus dem Bereich Kraft und umfassen Dips, Hangeln, Klimmzüge und Knie- / Beinheben. Eine Informationstafel leitet die Benutzer an und zeigt auch Variationen für unterschiedliche Schwierigkeitsgrade auf. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage und des gepflegten Zustands ist die Anlage immer gut besucht.

The Freizeitpark Rheinaue is the largest park in Bonn with an area of approx. 160 hectares. It is located in the south of Bonn directly on the Rhine - mostly on the left bank of the Rhine, but also includes a small part on the right bank of the Rhine. It was created for the Federal Garden Show in 1979 and includes an extensive lake landscape.

In 2016, the numerous leisure facilities in the park were expanded to include another attraction: A calisthenics park with four stations from the manufacturer Playparc was built near the Konrad-Adenauer Bridge. The recommended exercises are drawn from the strength section and include dips, hangers, pull-ups, and knee/leg raises. An information board guides the users and also shows variations for different levels of difficulty. Due to the central location and the well-kept condition, the facility is always well attended.
