This is your standard issue PetSmart, providing grooming and dog training. While they do have pets for sale, these are small pets like birds, mice, rats, fish, and reptiles. There are some cats from the local shelter available for adoption, and the dogs (and more cats) show up on adoption days. Check with them for details.
The wi-fi signal is nothing fancy, helpful with basic web surfing or to reach their app when one's own phone signal weakens inside the building. There are no places to plug in, but you can simply connect to the SSID, accept their terms, and you're off.
