The rectangular brushed stainless steel plaque is set into and fixed to a concrete paver in the landscaped garden to the right of the entrance to the Mudgeeraba Memorial Hall near the Nautical Flag Pole. its transcription below three 'crests' of the Lions Club, Mudgeeraba Memorial Hall, and Historic Mudgeeraba, reads
