EN: This transormator tower is located in a residential area in the east of Herznach.

The building stands in a slope a few meters lower than the road. The tower has a gable roof and windows made of glass tiles. Apparently there used to be another window to the street side that was bricked up, but the spot is still clearly visible. A special feature of this station is the gable, which is covered with white wooden slats.

I could not find any information about this station. Stylistically, it probably fits into the 1930s.


DE: Dieser Transormatorenturm befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet im Osten von Herznach.

Das Gebäude steht in einem Abhang einige Meter tiefer als die Strasse. Der Turm hat ein Satteldach und Fenster aus Glasziegeln. Offenbar war zur Strassenseite früher noch ein weiteres Fenster, das zugemauert wurde, die Stelle ist aber noch gut sichtbar. Ein spezielles Merkmal dieser Station ist der Giebel, der mit weissen Holzlattenverkeidet ist.

Ich konnte keine Informationen über diese Station finden. Stilistisch passt sie wohl in die 1930er Jahre.
