William J. McAnally was thirty-five years of age at the time of his death. He was survived by his wife and nine-year-old son, both of whom lived long lives. His Woodman of the World grave marker is styled as a vertical tree trunk with cut limbs, on a base of cut logs that are adorned with leaves and ivy. Unfortunately, the inscription below the dates is illegible.
