This location had previously been a Jack in the Box before its 2023 conversion. It has a big padded bench along the wall, four round tables with padded chairs down the center, a big table up front, and a covered patio where you'll find comfy chairs along with standard issue tables/chairs. If you're looking for places to plug in your gadgets, look down at your feet if you're sitting on the padded bench, or under that big table up front. If wall outlets are here, they're well-hidden. Counter service is outstanding.
As to the wi-fi signal it's really good, and they're going to need it for when all the seats in the store fill up: This Starbucks is near a busy intersection, with a steady flow of customers.
