In front of the trainstation in Bethune you will see the name of the city in large letters. The colors of the letters are white and everyone is partly colored in green, purple, red and blue. The letters are standing on big a rectangular white block. At the bottom of the block you can read the words: 'smart city' in red. I think the name is ment as promotion but looks like sort of an artwork.
