This boat ramp is operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers. There are no fees, and no signs limiting access: The area is well-lit, presumably available 24/7. There are over 20 parking spaces, and be careful to observe signs, as vehicles with trailers should park on one side of the lot, and those without trailers can park closer to the water. There's also a small fishing pier here, and Texas Parks and Wildlife references this ramp on a website
