In 2022, with hundreds of batches and ice cream school under her belt, she officially opened Swanky Scoop, offering small-batch, artisanal ice cream crafted with local ingredients and churned in-house. With a rotating selection of 12 dairy and 8 non-dairy options in creative flavors like Honey Lemon Ricotta and Avocado Lime, you’re sure to find something you love.
