[ES] Subiendo desde Plaza de España hacia Callao este flatiron llama poderosamente la atención con su estilizada estructura.

El edificio, proyectado por los arquitectos Joaquín y Julián Otamendi, fue construido en la década de los 40 de siglo pasado según se aprecia en la fotografía que tomé de un cuadro que hay colgado en su hall de entrada.

Actualmente parte de las instalaciones tienen uso residencial y otra parte son usadas como oficinas.

[EN] Going up from Plaza de España towards Callao, this flatiron powerfully attracts attention with its stylized structure.

The building, designed by the architects Joaquín and Julián Otamendi, was built in the 1940s, as can be seen in the photograph I took of a painting that is hanging in its entrance hall.

Currently part of the facilities are for residential use and another part is used as offices.
