A wayside cross from 1863 in a residential zone in the north of Magden.

EN: This wayside cross is located on Juchstrasse in Magden near a playground.
It is about three and a half meters high and somewhat weathered. At the top is engraved INRI, in the base the year 1863. In the center is a heart made of stone.
A metal bracket at about one meter was probably added later to increase stability.
DE: Dieses Wegkreuz befindet sich an der Juchstrasse in Magden bei einem Spielplatz.
Es ist rund dreieinhalb Meter hoch und etwas verwittert. An der Spitze ist INRI eingraviert, im Sockel das Jahr 1863. Im Zentrum befindet sich ein Herz aus Stein.
Eine Metallklammer auf etwa einem Meter Höhe wurde vermutlich nachträglich angebracht, um die Stabilität zu erhöhen.
