The Collin's Diner was manufactured in 1942 by the Jerry O'Mahoney Company from Elizabeth, NJ. It is a well-preserved streamline diner with aluminum and blue enamel panels. The interior is as well preserved. Still in place over the vestibule is the clock that was mounted at the time of manufacture. The diner is a contributing building for the Canaan Village Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.

The diner is open only for breakfast and lunch. Open 6 days a week, closed on Friday's, which seems a bit odd. Hours are 5:30am to 3pm. Reviews are not so great. At one time the reviews were much better.

Nevertheless the diner has been open over 80 years.
