This Enterprise No. 216 Floor Model Coffee Grinder is located in the historic Richloam General Store in the former Richloam community within the Withlacoochee State Forest. It is still a working coffee grinder and in use daily in the store.
American made, this late 19th century commercial coffee grinder is roughly 68" tall by 35" deep and 24' wide. It is made of cast iron. Stamped on the wheels is ENTERPRISE MF'G CO. PHILADELPHIA U.S.A. painted in white lettering. Pat. July 12, 1898
The general store still sells bulk coffee to use with this grinder along with period items from the 1920's to present. General store hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, 365 days a year. There is no charge to visit the store and view this coffee grinder.
