The Bloomfield Rotary Town Clock is located in the center of a landscaped circle surrounded by a Black Lives Matter Mural in the parking area of Bloomfield Town Hall. The circular face of the two sided clock has the emblem of Rotary International and the inscription BLOOMFIELD ROTARY. Around the circumference of the circle are Roman numerals to indicate the hours. The minutes are indicated by dashes at 12 minute intervals. Above the face is a sign with spiral supports with the inscription BLOOMFIELD. The freestanding clock is supported by a fluted column. The base is covered by vegetation.
