The Tudor style former Saint Andrews Episcopal Church was built of brick and stucco to a design by architect Frederick M. Jones. The church is the successor to the Union Church of Ludlow which was closed in 1904. Saint Andrews Episcopal Church ceased operation and was sold in 1999. (

Miracle World Outreach Ministeries is a non-denominational evangelical organization that believe that the Bible to be the complete Word of God. That the Old and New Testament were inspired by the Spirit of God as originally written and that the Bible is the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
Steps leads up to a one bay deep half-timbered pavilion entrance covered by a gable roof. The pavilion has one square window on each side. The main block has a gable roof with a cross on top. The front is divided into polygons by exposed brown wood beams.
The west side has a series of windows the length of the building above the lower brick bottom. Seven basement windows with arch tops are in a line at ground level. Halfway down the east side is a one bay wide projection. A series of windows are located above the brickwork along the side of the church and the projection.
