The Hillcrest Park Cemetery carillon is located in a freestanding tower on the grounds of the cemetery. The 25 bells were cast by John Taylor & Co. in 1936. The tower was constructed in 1937 and the carillon became operational the same year.
The irregular octagonal tower has an entrance framed by a Gothic arch. Above are three rectangular windows separated by relief sculptures. At the top is are sets of four open Gothic windows on each side. At the top pinnacles rise from each of the 8 corners.
