1879 - Owned by H. Bloebaum. The lot size was 70' by 150' and the valuation was $750. Taxes paid that year were $3.75 (special tax) and $1.81¼ (sinking tax).
1894 - Owned by John Wilke. The lot size was 70' by 140' and the valuation was $650. Taxes paid that year were $3.25.
1906 - Owned by William and Tillie Kansteiner. William was a carrier for the U.S. Post Office.
1910•1934 - J.F.Droste (Fred J. Droste) lived at the dwelling with his wife Mary. Fred was a farmer.
In 1923 the lot size was 70' by 150'. The valuation was $3,450. A General Tax fund of $1208
was paid. Taxes included $0.35 for Water Works, $0.69 for PS Bond Tax, $2.76 for Public Bond
Fund Tax, $3.45 for a Park Fund, and $0.69 for a Fire Equipment Fund Tax. A General Tax Fund
