CBQ 14118 is an all-wood caboose, built in 1880 in Plattsmouth, NE for the Burlington and Missouri, one of the the early eventual subsidiaries of the CB&Q.

The caboose remained in service on the Burlington until 1964, when it was sold to the Oregon, Pacific and Eastern (OPE) and renumbered 3.

After acquisition it was repainted in Fort Worth & Denver livery, with the mistaken impression it was FWD 72. However, restoration uncovered the original Burlington Yellow paint and the caboose was repainted and correctly numbered 14118.

On display at the Galveston Railroad Museum. The interior is not accessible to the public.
