DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1968 AT HARRIMAN, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTHWEST FACE OF THE STONE FOUNDATION FOR THE POST OFFICE BUILDING, 22 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE WEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, 22 1/2 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CURB OF ROANE STREET, 40 1/2 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CURB OF QUEEN STREET, 18 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE BASEMENT OF THE BUILDING, 2 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST EDGE OF A CONCRETE PARAPET, ABOUT 2 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE STREET, AND ABOUT 1 FOOT ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE GROUND.
