This odd-looking building predates the fairgrounds; it is the OPUBCO building, former headquarters of the Oklahoma Publishing Company (the parent company of the Daily Oklahoman, as it was then known). This time capsule, at the southwest corner of the building, was set in 1999 and is scheduled to be opened a century from that date.
