Cette horloge de forme circulaire est située à environ 45 pieds de la porte d'entrée. Elle est présente dans une enceinte située sur le toit, devant le dôme de l'édifice de l'Administration portuaire de Québec. Une couronne en métal cuivré est positionnée autour de l'horloge pour la maintenir en place. Les bras de l'horloge sont peints en noir et s'articulent autour de chiffres romains et d'un hexagramme
L'édifice de l'administration portuaire de Québec a été conçu en 1913 par l'architecte Thomas Reid Peacock. Ce bâtiment comprend des styles architecturaux Second Empire et Beaux Arts.
This circular shaped clock is located approximately 45 feet up from the front door. It is present in an enclosure located on the roof, in front of the dome of the Quebec Port Authority building. A copper metal crown is positioned around the clock to hold it in place. The arms of the clock are painted black and revolve around an hexagram and Roman numerals.
The Quebec Port Authority building was designed in 1913 by architect Thomas Reid Peacock using Second Empire and Beaux Arts architectural styles.
