The Newington Veterans Memorial is a three part granite monument honoring the residents of Newington who died during World War I, World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War. It was donated to the Town of Newington by the Kiwanis Club of Newington and the citizens of Newington.
The center panel of the monument has the emblems of the US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard as well as a Eagle with spread wings perched on laurel leaves with five arrows on each side of the eagle and the inscription:
