This memorial is dedicated "IN MEMORY OF THE MISSISSIPPI VETERANS WHO SERVED IN THE MIGHT EIGHTH ARMY AIR FORCE DURING WWII. This memorial was provided by the Mississippi Chapter of the 8th AFHS.
The memorial is in a small fenced area on the shore of a small lake, a very peaceful setting, in Veterans Park Tupelo MS.
