The Pont de la Concorde is an stone arch bridge that spans the River Seine in Paris. The bridge was designed by Jean-Rodolphe Perronet. Construction of the bridge began 1787 and was completed in 1791. The bridge has five stone arches with spans ranging from 82 ft. at north end to 101 ft. for the middle arch. The bridge has a total length of 508 feet. Additions to the bridge widened, from 1930 to 1932, from 46 ft. to 115 ft.
The bridge deck has four lanes of vehicular traffic, two in each direction and bicycle lanes and wide sidewalks on both sides. The sides of the bridge have balustrade railings.
