This four kilometre walk should take about one hour and follows a path through a range of species which are endangered in the Cumberland Plain of Sydney. Visitors can obtain a helpful guide from the Visitors Centere to allow interpretation of the flora and fauna which can be observed on the walk.

Some of the trail is paved but most is well grassed and regularly mown.

Common animals which can be seen include the Tawny Frogmouth, Swamp Wallaby, the Cumberland Plain Land Snail and the Golden Orb Weaver. The fauna includes the Narrow Leaved Ironbark, Blackthorn and Spiked Rice Flower
