A skull was painted on the wall. I think it is to mark the fact that many miners lost their lives working further down, in the mountains, and who were welcomed in this building that was once a hospital. The grafiti is brand new with beautiful colors. Large eyes in empty sockets, large white teeth and a long purple tongue.
