POINT OBSERVED UPON IS TIP OF SPIRE ON SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ST. JOSEPHS CATHEDRAL, ABOUT 150 FEET HIGH, STONE BUILDING, BUILT IN 1916, AND LOCATED ON NORTHWEST CORNER OF WEST FIFTH STREET AND DULUTH AVENUE.
