Destaca la torre del campanario de más de 10 metros de altura. La parroquia tiene una construcción adosada para las dependencias parroquiales.
Hay un patio interior o claustro que comunica a otro edificio, en el que hay un espacio para la Hermandad de la Redención, erigida canónicamente en esta parroquia; para Cáritas y la catequesis, y el salón de usos múltiples.
En la fachada principal de la iglesia se puede apreciar una cerámica de la Virgen de la Cinta, Patrona de Huelva, donada por la Hermandad de la Cinta, y en el frontón superior de la puerta, un relieve de San Sebastián, el Patrón, un obsequio de la Parroquia de San Sebastián. En la fachada del otro edificio, hay una cruz con el tetramorfos, de Agustín Echevarría.
The bell tower is more than 10 meters high. The parish has an attached construction for the parish offices.
There is an interior courtyard or cloister that connects to another building, in which there is a space for the Brotherhood of Redemption, canonically erected in this parish; for Caritas and catechism, and the multipurpose room.
On the main façade of the church you can see a ceramic of the Virgen de la Cinta, Patron Saint of Huelva, donated by the Brotherhood of the Cinta, and on the upper pediment of the door, a relief of San Sebastián, the Patron Saint, a gift of the Parish of San Sebastián. On the façade of the other building, there is a cross with the tetramorphs, by Agustín Echevarría.
