An equestrian statue Abraham Lincoln is located in a plaza at the corner of Greenwood Avenue and Library Place. The bronze statue depicts a beardless, young Abraham Lincoln on horseback. His left hand is holding the reins of the horse and in his right hand he is holding an open book. His eyes are fixed on the book. The statue was created Anna Hyatt-Huntington in 1961.
The horse has all four hooves on the ground and his head is down as if browsing on grass. The statue is set on a rectangular black granite pedestal.
