A 5' high granite monument with an curved top containing a laurel leaf design has a bronze plaque honoring veterans of the Vietnam War and three residents of Glastonbury who died during the Vietnam War.

The monument is second in an arc of of monuments in Green Park. The plaque is inscribed:
