[EN] On the high cliffs of Uittamo there are a number of anti-aircraft stations from the Second World War. In the middle of these concrete structures, there have been anti-aircraft guns placed in different directions. Made by Swedish Bofors. For a long time there have been graffiti arts in these concrete bunkers. Today, their visual quality has clearly improved and they are nice to look at.
Pictured here, Ren Höek is the second main character, a chihuahua dog, of the Nickelodeon cartoon series Ren & Stimpy Show. Graffiti has succeeded very well in bringing out the crazy look of the character. Ren uses a paint can to spray paint his own graffiti, which is a great idea. Next to it is skull-themed graffiti. The author of both is unknown.
[FIN] Uittamon korkeilla kallioilla on joukko toisen maailmansodan aikaisia ilmatorjunta-asemia. Näiden betoni rakennelmien keskellä on ollut eri suuntiin asetettuja ilmatorjuntatykkejä. Ruotsalaisen Boforsin valmistamia.
Jo pitkään näissä betonibunkkereissa on ollut graffiti teoksia. Nykyään niiden visuaalinen laatu on parantunut selvästi ja niitä on mukavaa katsella.
