The Lexington 300th Anniversary Clock was donated to the Town of Lexington by the local Lions and Rotary Clubs. It was installed on May 25, 2013 in celebration of the 300th Anniversary of the 1713 incorporation of the town.

The three sided freestanding clock has the dials set within squares with with flower medallion at each corner and oak leaves at the bottom. The clock face does not have numerals. Instead, LEXINGTON 300 is inscribed along the outer edge. The hours are designated by bold dashes and thinner dashes represent 12 minute intervals. The hands are black.

The clock was manufactured by the East Bay Clock Company of Gulf Breeze, FL. The clock is supported by a black fluted column and a square base. A bronze plaque on the base has the seal of the Town of Lexington and is inscribed:
