Noodlebox is a Canadian Asian noodle bar franchise that got its start in Victoria BC back in 2001. As of this date, they have 30 locations in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan with plans to further expand East.
The menu is prepared in large woks over fire in an open kitchen environment where the customer has full view of the process. They use non non GMO veggies, ethically raised proteins, sauces without preservatives, and no MSG.
The bowls and packaging used to serve the food in are all compostable.
There are 6 types of noodles along with Jasmine and Brown rice. There are Vegan and Gluten- friendly options. All of the food is made to order and can accommodate many dietary needs.
The six spice levels range from a little heat to Scorching that has Ghost peppers and is "Guaranteed to burn".
The inside eating experience could be loud at times.
Service is quick and friendly.
This is both an eat in and take out location.
