Reference mark 2 is monumented about 25 feet to the northwest of benchmark BILL. The mark is set in the top of a square concrete post that projects about 6 inches above the ground on the highway side of the monument and about 3 inches above the ground on the other sides. The disk is a U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey reference mark with "USGS" stamped on it.
