On the Piazza Bra in Verona, you will find this Peace Memorial. It shows two pieces of wall with a tree growing inbetween it

On one the south side the wall you will find several things refering to notorious dates (September 11th 2001), locations (eg. Yemen, Afghanistan, Syria) and quotes by people (eg Michail Gorbatsjov, Mother Theresa).
On the other side (north side) it looks to be a more positive. Music, butterflies and the word "Pax" (peace) on it.
The tekst on the base of the monument reads:
