Wooden sedilia in the chancel of St Giles' church, Great Longstone.
An oak sedilia on the south wall of the chancel. The back is carved with a Star of David ✡ and the letter Chi 𝝬, and the headrests have a trefoiled pointed arch design. It is set within the stone sedilia recess below the south chancel window and dates from around 1899-1900. A dedication to Rev. Henry John Longsdon is inscribed on the back. It reads -
