Originally the Douglas Avenue Fire Station, home to Union Hook and Ladder Company Number Three, the building was built in 1902. Now home to Ladder 133 - a restaurant and sports bar in the Smith Hill section of Providence, Rhode Island. The two story, red brick station has a gable roof at the street façade with a rounded bay on the west corner. A single story addition from 1958 extends to the property's east border. The wooden roof, window, and door trim is painted fire engine red. Ladder 133 opened for business around 2010.
