The plaque is made of small plastic plane measuring about 5 inches by 4 inches. It is connected to a stake which is driven into the ground, adjacent to a little free library. It also includes a dove of peace at the top, to promote piece from those suffering in Ukraine.
Photos taken on 21 December 2022. It stands about 5 feet tall and is painted red and blue. It has a small plaque which says, "With Gratitude and Celebration of This Library's Creator, the Ukrainian Artist, Denys Yakovchuk; The Strong and Brave Heroes of Ukraine; and Freedom-Loving People Everywhere. 02/24/2022"
