There is actually 2 Water Tanks here,now both are logable somewhere.
YOU CAN NOT GET RIGHT UP TO THE TANKS.
IT IS IN A SECURE AREA,BUT YOU CAN GET YOUR PICTURES FROM JUST OUTSIDE THE GATE.
IF YOU MUST GET CLOSER YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH SECURITY.
