This stone arch forms an entrance to the lower level of Way Park. The arch is set on a fairly steep slope, and the infamous "Tiger Hill" is just to the west. There are a number of monuments and memorials nearby, at the upper level of the park. Pass through the arch and go down the concrete steps to reach the lower level of the park.
