From Characters Unlimited, Inc, a Zoltar animatronic fortune telling machine is at The VR Zone at Providence Place Mall in Providence, Rhode Island. The arcade is on Level 2 near Macy's and this $1.00 coin- and dollar bill-operated medium machine is just inside entrance and to your right.

Zoltar's rich voice is loud and clear. His usual attire of a satin shirt and tall turban has been accessorized with an Oculus brand virtual reality headset and, per on-going coronavirus safety guidelines, a surgical face mask. After the reading, your fortune ticket is dispensed through a slot on the cabinet's front side.
