The peace pole memorial is located outside of the George E. Potter Center on the campus of Jackson College at 2111 Emmons Rd, Jackson, MI 49201. It is at the west end of the courtyard and is encircled by a short shrub. There is a placard installed for the peace pole that reads:
The Peace Pole is a symbol which represents
global peace, harmony and togetherness.
There are currently more than 200,000
Peace Poles in 180 countries displayed around the
world. JCC's Peace Pole spells out "May Peace
Prevail On Earth" in these languages: English,
Spanish, German, French, Russian, Chinese, Arabic
Italian, Hebrew, Greek, Korean, and Navajo.

The pole is a four foot wooden pole in a hexagon shape with two white placards in the different languages on each side.
