The plaque says, "Rededicated September 24, 2017 by Most Rev. William E. Lori, D.D., Archbishop of Baltimore and Supreme Chaplain of the Knights Columbus on the occasion of the 225th Anniversary of St. Ignatius, Hickory Maryland.
Photos taken on 10 December 2022. The sculpture appears to be made out of marble or plaster and features a holy family consisting of a mother, father, and child. It is elevated by about 5 feet and is facing due north. It is partially enclosed in a stone structure with a light on top and two bronze plaques near the base.
