Presumably, the county puts up the display and maintains it. The lights are all Christmas-themed, and while some are static in nature, others are animated, including (but not limited to):
*) Two gingerbread men playing volleyball.
*) A candy cane Ferris wheel.
*) An elf and reindeer playing football.
*) A fire-breathing dragon.
*) A gingerbread man on a slide.
*) Gingerbread teeter totter.
*) A reindeer driving a police car.
*) A reindeer driving a truck loaded with presents, pulling Santa Claus in a trailer.
*) Santa Claus delivering toys in his dump truck.
*) Santa Claus driving a fire truck.
*) Santa Claus in a helicopter.
*) Santa Claus driving a tractor.
*) A snowman playing with penguins.
*) A train full of toys.
Many of the trees are also wrapped in festive lights, some blinking, some not. As this is a public building, one can visit the grounds at any time. They have been placing this display for some years, and it's generally available from around Thanksgiving until after New Year's Day.
