[FIN] Modernin puurakentamisen taidonnäyte. Hyvin orgaanisen muodon omaava esiintymislava Turun kauppatorilla. Rakenteessa on muotoiltuja liimattuja puupalkkeja pystyyn asennettuina. Niiden päällä on lasinen katto. Perustana on kivilaatoista koottu lava, mihin nousee spiraalimaisena pieni kävelyreitti. Lava on esteetön esimerkiksi liikuntavammaisille.
Esiintymislava valmistui vuoden 2022 lopussa kun uudistettu tori avattiin virallisesti. Havainnekuvissa kun lavaa suunniteltiin, sen koko oli huomattavasti suurempi.
Esiintymislavaa kun kiertää, sen muoto tuntuu muuttuvan. Jotenkin se on kuin jättimäinen sieni.

[EN] A masterpiece of modern wooden construction. A performance stage with a very organic shape at Turku's market square. The structure has shaped glued wooden beams installed vertically. They have a glass roof over them. The basis is a platform assembled from stone slabs, to which a small spiraling path rises. The stage is barrier-free for people with physical disabilities, for example.

The performance stage was completed at the end of 2022, when the renovated market square was officially opened. In the visual images, when the stage was planned, its size was significantly larger.

When you walk around the performance stage, its shape seems to change. It's kind of like a giant mushroom. When the performance pavilion was just being built, in the night of October -22, according to the surveillance camera, skaters had vandalized the tiling with fiberglass mass and an angle grinder.
