NL In Wamel kan je goed monopoly spelen. De belangrijkste straat van het dorp is de Dorpsstraat, een belangrijke oost-west-verbinding. Haaks op de straat is bij de kerk de Houtstraat. Het kruispunt tussen de Dorpsstraat en de Houtstraat ligt in het midden van het dorp. De Dorpsstraat en de Houtstraat komen beide in het Nederlandse monopoly-spel voor; de Dorpsstraat is de goedkoopste straat net na start en de Houtstraat ligt in de stad Haarlem (paars, net na de gevangenis).
ENG In Wamel you can play a good game of monopoly. The main street of the village is the Dorpsstraat, an important east-west connection. Perpendicular to the street is the Houtstraat near the church. The intersection between the Dorpsstraat and the Houtstraat is in the middle of the village. The Dorpsstraat and the Houtstraat both appear in the Dutch monopoly game; the Dorpsstraat is the cheapest street just after the start and the Houtstraat is in the city of Haarlem (purple, just after the prison).
