The benchmark is a set in a round concrete monument that projects about 1 inch above the ground. It sits approximately 1 foot to the northwest of the fence line and in the middle of two metal posts that surround it on the northeast and southwest sides. A short piece of wooden lath has been placed in the ground directly to the southeast of the mark.
