The largest penthouse at Atlantis The Royal Residences on Dubai's The Palm Jumeirah sold for 163 million dirhams (more than $44 million).
The five-bedroom triplex penthouse is 25,208 square feet and includes a sky garden , two swimming pools, private terraces and elevator, and floor-to-ceiling windows with endless 360-degree views of the Arabian Sea .
Luxury real estate brokerage firm B1 Properties has sold the penthouse, the largest of its kind in La Palmera .
The artificial island shaped like a palm tree has long been one of the most popular areas in Dubai when it comes to penthouses. One at Atlantis The Royal Resort & Residences sold for Dh180 million last year.
This penthouse is located on the highest floors of the residential towers : 35, 36 and 37. The resort's amenities are varied and include: a 90-meter infinity pool, access to more than 40 dining rooms and restaurants, treatment rooms spa, steam and sauna, gyms and tennis courts, among others.
